Training Programmes

Our Training Programs are designed for the company and individual who wants to learn how to perform a specific non-destructive test for limited applications.

Collection of NDT training programs will allow to conduct highly efficient and productive training in-house. Each program is made up of hundreds of colour photographs, graphics, or video to provide the student with an interactive and stimulating learning environment. Practice quizzes and a general exam are included.

Training Handbook

Our Handbook presents fundamental information intended to assist the candidate preparing for the NDT exams. Currently, the book was expanded and rearranged to better cover the body of knowledge in Conventional and Advanced NDT. New or expanded content covers principles and applications of Parameters, factors that affect NDT equipment, discontinuities, and evaluation and disposition. Many chapters have new figures and photographs. Our Handbook contain Illustrative topics which include advances in the underlying science of acoustic, thermal, electrical, magnetic, optical, and ionizing radiation techniques and their applications to NDE problems.

Comprehensive fleet of Non-Destructive Testing equipment is available for Training classes

Covering many techniques for advanced and conventional NDT, the fleet includes equipment and accessories for Phased Array, Ultrasonic Flaw Detection, Corrosion Mapping, Eddy Current Flaw Detection, Hardness Testing, Composite Inspection, and Thickness Measurement.

With units available from leading NDT manufacturers such as Olympus, GE Test & Measurement, Eddyfi, Sonatest etc. The option of using these equipment enables candidate to work with updated version of instrument and accessories used in present NDT application.

Practical and Exam specimens that IEQS provides are specifically designed with precise flaw placement in a wide variety of specimen geometries and alloy types. Our Test specimens are used in various industries to facilitate the education, practice, and procedure development of equipment and NDE technicians.
