TERMS

Tuition is payable upon registration prior to the first day of the course. Fees include textbooks, handout materials, course tests, and course certificates. All exam fees are due at the time of scheduling. All international students/companies must pay tuition in advance.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

Courses are subject to minimum enrollments. If the minimum numbers of enrollments are not met, IEQS reserves the right to cancel the session and offer you a full refund (in person) or transfer to another date and/or location.

If a student cancels a course 5 to 9 business days before the class start date, only 50% of the course registration fee will be refunded. If a student reschedules or cancels a course 4 business days or fewer before the class start date, or if a student is a “no show,” then no refund will be given.

In the event that IEQS must cancel the course due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued, or credit applied toward a future course. IEQS cannot be responsible for any cost associated with early Boarding, Lodging and Travel arrangements.
